Here’s a bit about it:
Mathilde Miller wanted to be a good daughter and marry the son of a long-time family friend, Joshua Bowman. But she didn’t want to be the wife of a Pennsylvania farmer. The story is set in the Virginia frontier in 1765, a time when Native Americans still lurked in the hills, bandits and robbers were handed swift justice, and enterprising men and their families attempted to live in and tame the wild western edge of the new colonies. An ordinary offering good food, a bed, and company for travelers along the way was a much welcomed respite. Mathilde and Will’s story is woven into the history, adventure, and danger of the time period.

My other romances take readers into a culinary terrain few travel. My adventurous characters are quirky, kick-ass, and not afraid of their sexuality. I’m not writing cutesy cupcakes romances (thought there is a place for those). Think open-air food markets in Mexico, truffle hunting in Tuscany, and musty aphrodisiac shops in Hong Kong.
I also publish a serial on Amazon, EIGHT LAYS AROUND THE WORLD: A NAUGHTY TRAVELOGUE. There are four installments so far. My main character Gigi is in the middle of the adventure of a lifetime. Her boss, the sexy billionaire-publisher Marko, is sending her around the world to write about food, culture, and sex—the sex part of her writing is for a private benefactor with unusual proclivities. The prize? For Gigi, it begins with money and adventure, plus writing about what she love.
